This Privacy Policy describes Reiber Group Inc.’s (“Reiber Group”, “we” or “us”) collection and use of certain personally identifiable information that we receive in the US from European Union (“EU Personal Data”) and Switzerland (“Swiss Personal Data”) citizens, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).  This privacy policy applies to our online activities as well as to any information collected offline or through other methods.

Who We Are
Reiber Group is a consulting firm based in the United States (US), but conduct our work globally.  We help companies with designing their organization, including the structure, roles and responsibilities, and how they select and develop their employees and talent.  We help companies select, hire and assimilate talent to execute their strategic objectives through leadership assessments, surveys, or organizational interviews.  We provide talent management consulting services.  Reiber Group uses products, tools and methods to help our clients assess and develop talent. 

Personal Information We Collect
In the course of our work, Reiber Group collects information about you that can be used to as personal identification as we help our clients manage their talent, and to operate our business.  The type of information we collect includes name, contact information (email address, telephone number), prior work history, expressions of career aspirations, examples of behaviors, self-assessments and other professional information you provide during an assessment process.  We may also collect a username and/or password as part of online personality or abilities assessment activities.  As you interact with Reiber Group in the course of our client work, all information is voluntarily provided by you.  We may also obtain information about you from third parties with whom we partner, which are typically assessment product vendors.

How Reiber Group Uses EU Personal and Swiss Personal Data
Reiber Group uses EU Personal and Swiss Personal Data in several ways in providing our contracted services to clients, including developing summaries about suitability for a role/position with a client, assessing team composition and dynamics, providing due diligence insights, summarizing strengths and development needs, providing developmental guidance, and administrative purposes related to transaction processing for our clients (e.g., vendor management, invoicing).  We also may conduct research analyses by aggregating EU Personal and Swiss Personal Data to further advance our science and field. 

We may also transfer EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data to certain third-party service providers. These are typically standardized personality and abilities assessment that we use in providing Assessment Services. 

Occasionally, we partner with Associates, Contractors, or other organizations to provide services with and for us, and may release EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data in order for those third-parties to conduct their work.  In those cases, EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data will be treated in a confidential and secure manner.

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to provide your EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data to comply with applicable laws, or in response to a request by a public authority in order to meet a national security or law enforcement request.    

We will only use EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data in ways that are compatible with the purpose or service for which we are contracted by our clients.  We will only share EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data with the client requesting the service we provide, for which you voluntarily participate.  Your provision of EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data is voluntary, however, if you do not provide certain EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data, you may not be able to fully participate in our services.

Your EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data will be stored in a reasonably secure location to protect against loss or misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.  We retain your EU Personal Data and Swiss Personal Data for as long as reasonably required to serve our clients, or to enhance our internal processes and methods, where there exists a legal, professional or ethical obligation.  Our site and services focus on business-related content and consulting.  We do not knowingly direct our services, online systems, or information collection processes to people under the age of 18.
